“LORI DURANT. Died Nov, 2013. Age 46. Lori was admitted to the Arbour-HRI hospital to have her psychiatric medications adjusted. Despite her medical records indicating she had sleep apnea there is no record it was addressed. She passed from cardiac arrest in her sleep.
