REBECCA MELLINGER

Rebecca Mellinger harnesses the power of entertainment and media platforms to drive social change. Head of Impact for Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media, she is working to reform the "Troubled Teen Industry" through policy change, public awareness, and mental health support services for institutional abuse survivors. Rebecca is also co-host of Trapped in Treatment, a docu-style podcast from 11:11 Media and Warner Brothers.

After participating in Rise Justice Labs’ legislative accelerator program in 2021, Rebecca, Paris Hilton and other advocates developed the “The Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act.” They are currently advocating for this bill on the federal level. On the state level, Rebecca has supported Paris’ successful political advocacy passing reform in Utah and Oregon.

Rebecca is also responsible for the impact campaign for Duty Free, an independent documentary about ageism and the need for intergenerational care.

With a background in nonprofit development and documentary impact producing, Rebecca is equipped to manage every aspect of each awareness campaign - from working on the ground with the impacted community, interfacing with national partners, and developing effective programming.
